Got a head like 40 miles of bad road ........

When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.

More blood and gore at the Willunga knackery.
Anybody in need or original steering and brake parts let me know. There are no drums on the front but one or two on the rear. Outrigger is spoken for.
The subframe has some good bits and would be repairable if keen and able. It is a pre-export subframe in that, as Glen pointed out, there I no provision for a passenger side handbrake roller. He actually went to the trouble of smoothing his. Battery area and inner guards are pretty good by the looks. All must go.

Clay,
Are the brake shoes good enough for exchange? Cause if so, yes please.
(And did this van come with a motor?)

Re: Buckskin FB panel van
They should be okay for rebonding Rob. No motor, gearbox, tailshaft, interior, stone guard or chrome.

Sway bar brackets please Clay ? Someone in the club was chasing some - can't remember who but I will send out an email if they are still available and make the connection.

Thanks Clay
If you can put them aside and we can work out what the damage is

Re: Buckskin FB panel van
I've been focussing on cutting this up so I can cart this load over to Bendigo for oz ek to collect.
Philwreck from the FC forum is taking this.
Driver side rear quarter is up for grabs.
There is a working delco wiper motor and a few sundry bits, bonnet hinges etc.

The subframe is pretty crusty. Ok for some inner guard cuts. Roof is ok on the outside at least. May use it yet.
Plenum and dash are pretty good but front floor and pillar bottom are shot.
Upper tailgate has rust but wouldn't be a hard fix.
That's about it. The doors are rusty but repairable or tops can be used. Bonnet is solid. Guards are poor.
