Front wheels off for caliper overhaul.
Front end has UC/LX Torana disc conversion. The calipers are the alloy bodied ones with cast iron pad holders. Gave Val a quick wash too.

Colleen Green? My favourite. She’s had a bit of a dress up with the stainless window and gutter trim, chrome light surrounds front and rear. Obviously had some attention over the years.
I take it the Torana discs are on a HR ball joint front end?

Valletta green. Thanks.
I have a pair of standard rear lights at Willunga, assuming by the plates you are in SA. Gratis to you if you don’t want to scuff the chrome off and paint the ones you have.
Cheers
Clay

You’re going to have to change the rear axle to match front brakes. What have you got in mind? EJ-H, HD-R, LC-J?

Cool mate. An interesting combination there. VH24, that is Nasco issue EH era and factory HR disc? I wondered if they had fitted a proportioning valve. Another option is to go dual circuit and only boost the front I am told.

i think i should take the hr diff out of the 225 and use that, but im not convinced the rims will fit back on without out issues...

I just had a look at the spec's. They vary a bit depending where you look, but it appears pretty consistent that FB to HD were the same, then HR was 10mm wider.

Cheers,

John
