I do need to explain that my Protex slave cylinder is actually leaking. I fitted it to up before engine & trans came out and the clutch fork was wobbly on a loose pivot pin and there was also no adjustment available in the pushrod. Driving it in and out of my garage & a quick squirt up the lane had it leaking straight away, I'm assuming because the piston was cocked in the bore during operation or something like that.
Since refitting, I discovered tonight that it is still leaking. I'm not sure if it was due to my clutch problem or if the slave itself isn't that flash. It cost $55 including delivery, from these guys on ebay, namely because my parts guy couldn't get one any cheaper and the seller has sold over 100 of them with 99.9% positive feedback:
