Rare Parts in Welshpool have them in stock , I get mine from Auto 1 in Kalamunda - surely Odins up your way would have them ???
Totally forgot about odins good call. I tried a few auto shops nor no one knows what a banjo is. repco dont stock them but the bloke at the wangara branch is into early holdens and said he will sort it and have one today. I got two as it seems to be my weekend hobby changing banjos and tail shaft unis from early holden to late holden to early etc

Diff center in now , what a difference it is to drive much more pleasant and cruisy. the free way is a breeze now didn't really notice to much difference in take off. gearing is good. Cruised it all over Perth all weekend. Fuel eco is better i put another 30 year old carby with spiders in it on to just to see if it makes a difference while I wait for my fully recon carby to arrive.
So gears and another carby have definitely improved.
The torana diff housing has two factory welded in nuts and it took the two 70mm bolts i used copper washers so hopefully she dont leak.

This looks great! The white rims work really well. I love the different offset rims front to rear, really suits the thinner white band and that sweet ride height.

Super tasty!!

hi guys,
Having an issue with my trimatic , more so when cold
It seems to hold second gear much longer and higher in the rev range like its stuck in second almost, then if i slightly back of the throttle it will change into 3rd but rev and slip like i have knocked it into neutral.
Once its warm it will change to 3rd no probs but still waits to very high rpm to shift.
Any ideas or similar experiences with these issues team

Hi mate,
its just below the full line on the dipstick ,oils pink still.
today it was just not changing gears untill around 4500rpm and when slowing down for stop signs or traffic lights i would bang down gears like down shifting a manual.

Clint, have you checked the vacuum hose to the modulator at the rear of the box ? If there is a split or break in that hose it will cause erratic shifting ??
