There is another option but it's not a cheap one... might be time to make a mould and get a screen made.

I probably would if it was mine for keeps.
$4000 = 28 screens, I recon I'd get one rite before I used that many.

i broke 3 out of the 5 i brought
i have one spare sitting at the toyshop for that shitty day when i break it
the one in the car has a stone chip from driving
you rekon i didnt shit when that happened

back when i did the chopped ute (2004)
i had 3 different companies quote me to make a new screen
the cheapest back then was $5200 :roll:
for the first one and $1000 each there after
this was provided i supplied the mould
now the mould needs to be in metal and able to withstand an incredible amount of heat as it goes into the furnace when the glass is shaped
any imperfections in the metal will show in the glass
now remember that fb / ek screens have a shape from top to bottom and from left to right
so the moulds are a hell of a lot of work
i did make and still have metal moulds for the rear corners of the back windows of my ute
i will do a tech on how i went around it to show people contemplating the same process
