FB owner first timer Hello

Post by Ricstar »

Hi Everyone this is Ric from Narooma NSW I have owned "DIANA" for 14 years and always talked about restoring her. Now I have given myself and everyone else a deadline to have her finished when I opened my big mouth and said lets use "DIANA" for my sons wedding car in December. So its all go and my current job is to find some original material to get the seats and door trimmer done can anyone help with the name of a supplier????

Thanks Harko
I have arranged to have Paul at Super Trim in North Coburg VIC to make new covers pretty much original including star pattern. He will mail them to me and I will have my local trimmer repair a few springs and fit covers. Paul is also doing new door trims again all original and should all arrive in about 2 weeks "can't wait"

Hey Scotty
The plan is to restore her as close as I can to factory original. Needs paint, interior and some mechanical stuff but not much I hope that she gets sandblasted this week then to the panel shop for a coat of jam. In the mean time arranging new trim and floor/boot mats and start polishing the stainless trims. I plan to have her ready to use in my sons wedding on the 17th Dec this year :esurprised: . On the subject of wedding cars I will have "DIANA" and my Bro has a FB wagon very similar colour BUT I need another sedan or wagon. If you know of anyone that would be interested in a drive to Robertson/Moss Vale NSW of course a paid drive. Cheers Ricstar
