Bit of a funny story with this one , I spotted it in a backyard years ago , went and knocked on the door and the sheila who owned it said "no its not for sale - we are going to do it up "
The bloody thing is as rusty as a carpark full of Fiats
Went back every year or 3 and asked the same question to get the same answer until the last time I went around there and they were leaving town and were prepared to sell it - for $500
I offered them $100 and they told me to piss off so I did. A week later my mate who drives the tilt tray rings me up and says " I just picked up an old Holden wagon , you want it ? He dropped it off at home for me so I gave him a carton
The people paid $80 to have it carted away to the scrappys rather than sell it to me for $100 and they call themselves enthusiasts
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.
