I think drilling an ARP bolt would be nigh on impossible, they are way too hard , maybe a custom machined bizzo would be the best option- send me a drawing and I will machine one up for ya

I just cut the last front ones I had out of a wreck for a bloke over here mate, they are not super hard to find so hopefully someone on here can help you out - the rears are not that hard to make out of sheet

Does it HAVE to be stainless ??? What about making one out of brass ?

They were pretty horrible straight out of the factory mate, and 60+ years later they wont have gotten any better ..... Have you thought about removing the divider strip between the front and rear doors ? Gives you one less gap to fettle and makes for a cleaner look - I think EK283 did it on his rig ?
