I mocked up the front windscreen but not liking what I see.
A large gap at the top would need to be filled so it is on the backburner for now.
Pushed the sedan out of the shed and wrapped it up as Ammo's ute is back.

The ute came back today after waiting for the weather to warm up a bit.

Got the nod from the engineer the other day after he slide up and check the top bar angles. So now to weld it up. Thinking of doing flush mounted glass for rear window and front screen. Thanks Taz for the photo's as very bit of info helps when do this for the first time. You are correct Greg, the engineer has requested I use 3mm plate when I when onto the chassis rails. Happy to do the templates of the Tri 4 link brackets and the bar sizes. The McDonald Bros 4 link tri kit cost $1,100 which includes the coil-over lower brackets. I think I will do a cross over bar and reinforce it to the chassis rail.
I have a look a Gary Q's Black Beast build as well so I'm a lot more formable in moving forward now.

Hi Gaz, I have the 4 link for the sedan now and I'm not sure if I need to do a cradle to mount the coilovers.

I offset the 16 gallon mustang tank in Ammo's ute so i could have a straight line on the exhaust.
I did move the filler to the side after this photo. My understanding is the tank the same width and length but get deeper as the capacity increases.

I have the 4 link setup arrive yesterday from Mc Donald Bros. Layed it out on the floor to get my head around where each bracket goes.
