Re: Repro aerial blue tip

Thanks for your help fellas. I wont buy from greedybits out of principle, ever. I had found the blue tips at Restocountry but on back order unfortunately. I guess I will have to wait until they are back in stock or maybe make one myself out of resin. Al

Re: EK head light trouble

Evening all, I thought I would post for posterity in case someone has the same issue as I finally sorted out my high beam problem. I cleaned up all the terminals and connections as suggested which did no good. I was up under the dash, headlights on and hit the dipper switch and everything went off a...

EK head light trouble

G'day all,

I am having trouble with the headlights on my station sedan. When I hit the dipper switch everything goes off including dash lights but fine on low beam. I have changed the dipper switch and light switch with no joy; anyone had this happen before and what is the problem please.

Thanks, Al

Re: FB EK Holden NASCO Windshield Washer Enthusiasts Guide

G'day harv,

I recently picked up a NOS fitting that screws into the manifold for the windscreen washer vacuum line. I thought it might be good to put in the guide as the one you have is a little distant. keep at it. Al

Another find....

G'day all, A couple of photos of a pick-up during the week; yes i am fortunate of late. I have driven past this car for around 25 years on numerous trips to the Flinders Ranges, I have even thought about knocking on the door to inquire about it but it looks pretty intimidating with tall fences, roo ...

Gay Paree! My new EJ with trim kit

G'day all, Finally sealed the deal on the weekend and picked up this EJ. It is a one owner car (even has the keys in the ignition) but unfortunately has been left out int he weather and is borderline restorable with practically every part of it disappearing into iron oxide (even coming though the ro...

Re: Morton

Yeh the rack seems to stay there with only two clamps that pull down on the bailey channel. not sure what brand it is but certainly from around the right vintage.

Would love to get up to Renmark but have a few big drives in store already for the next couple of weeks.

Taxi bar ID help

G'day all, recently picked up this taxi bar (at least I hope it is and not a safety handrail from somebodies grandma's house). I hoped it was FB Ek but the bracket profile is not quite right and it is about 10mm too narrow and not deep enough. I have tried it on an EJ, HR and FE and not right for th...

Re: Wagon seats

G'day Trev, I have just wrecked an FB wagon and the rear seats were in pretty good order with a bit of stitching loose on one end and a couple of marks but pretty good really. not sure of the colour, I will have to have a look when I get home tonight. I am up in the Grampians, could get them to Melb...

Morton

G'day all, I thought I might post a couple of pics of my old mate Morton now that I have installed a few things and sorted him out. Having a great time with the club reg being able to drive to work and back or a day trip when ever I like; almost too good to be true. Since I have resurrected Morton f...
