The block to mount brackets are sided according to larger bolt holes for two bolts on te passenger side also.

Half an inch clearance st the back of the head is almost too much you may find when the radiator goes in.

Those ears on the mounts are only necessary on the passenger side and even then can cause issues with extractors.

Those panels are a bit of a starting point aren't they? Hope you don't need too much weld grinding in the concave corner section.

I've always had bolts at the end with extractors. Dowels with cast manifolds. May pay to try and run 3/8"UNF die up the studs, even if you end up using the welder. I could only get replacement studs with both end UNC. Exhaust flange studs are an alternative I've heard of but know zip about. May...

Not me. But I can attest to 192s having cooling issues.
