yep they are completely different. The HG is a different shaft size and the pitman arm is a different shape.

He didn't say how he connected the pitman arm to the steering box did he Errol62? As you said previously they are different sizes and spline

Hi All To those clever people who have converted their FB or EK into a 2 door, can someone tell me what door belt do you use? Other than the obvious cutting & shutting are there any other traps for new players that I should be aware of in the conversion process Don't want to start the grinder up...

Hi All

Has anyone used a HG steering column & steering box connected to a HR disc brake front end using the original drag link steering.
It appears that the pitman arm is a different shape. Is there a work around or do I go to the rack option. If so what is the best rack to use.

pretty sure I've got a set. Will have a look tonight
Will need rechroming and some pins are broken I think but may be some use to you?
