Looks like good value. Car sits nice and those wheels finish it nicely.

What 4 speed box bolts up to a grey? Do you need an adapter plate and ek auto (and later) floor hump? Just curious 🤔

It was about time to get some new treads on the Ute so pulled the wheels off and gave the rims a hit with degreaser and pressure cleaner, then off to get 185/80 x 13” tyres fitted up (Nankang). Whilst the wheels were off prepped the rims and painted them with gloss black paint.

New 13” Tyre Advice Please

Hi Folks,

Would appreciate some advice. I need some new tyres for the Ute, currently has 185/70/13” (stock steel rims).Looking at the Nangkang 185/80/13” or the 175/80/13” (both whitewall). The price quoted to supply, fit & balance is the same ($150ea).

Motor & gearbox is stock. I expect diff is ...

Good work there, the stainless trim will polish up nice. Did you use a steel hammer on the window trim, is that why the trim has stretched? What did you use to tack the trim back together?
