Hello Neil,

Can’t help you with the colour info but hopefully someone else on here can. Oh, and welcome. Be good to see a picture of your sedan too

Re: Gearbox connecting rod. Bush needed?

Hey Shane, Just last week I was under my Ute working to fix a few oil leaks on my crash box, with success, yah! That bracket looks similar to mine except I had the sorry remains of a knackered rubber bush. I made my own rubber bush using two pieces of rubber tube, one inside the other (similar to wh...

Re: FB219 Standard StationSedan

Great perseverance on your part for this project. Rust repairs look great. It is hard to comprehend just how much crap can accumulate in the Y frames, after seeing the piece of yours below the radiator, wow!

Re: Blackys Bench Bucket bracket bodging blatherings

Cool  I guess with the rattler, being a sedan you have a bit of flexibility with positioning the base (forwards / backwards) and adjustment of the backrest compared to the Ute. Once it is retrimmed to match the funky back seat should be all good

Re: Ol' Rusty - FB/EK Sedan

My advice, check the handle splines are good before you invest too much effort. FB ute fixer upper, EK van on rotisserie Hmmmmm…… good advice that! After refitting passenger door trim (new Bailey channel & quarter vent rubbers) refitted inside door handle, yep job done, cool! First trip to the ...

Re: Idiots Guide To Polishing Stainless Trim

Love ya work Scott, never afraid to have a go. Did I miss the explanation of “DA”? Most of my polishing to date has been on my bike parts and done manually! I usually start with a course grade wet & dry and step my way through the grade finishing at 1500 or 2000. (Mind you some twit had laid int...
