Looks like the seat is the right one , but someone has changed the seat runners at some stage.

thanks harv will go and recheck hole placements the reason l asked the question was that the rails themselves were about 100mm short l was thinking maybe the rails were from maybe fe fc but that have different connections at rear will try and get some pics up thanks greg

Would there be any reason why the seat rails in the ute won't line up with the holes in the floor
