A 76 series Arn't they the ones with a Hilux front diff and gearbox The Bunderas were like that - short wheelbase Cruiser wagon with Hilux running gear , horrible bloody things The Bunderas and also 80 and live axle 100's used a high pinion 8 inch crown wheel, which is the same size as the old Hilu...

After running oversize drums for years,
its nice to know you have a little more meat on the new ones when you put your foot on the go slow pedal really hard.

That's them Blacky,
I got mine from Sunbury Brakes. I took a few pics comparing new drums to old,
but I don't know how to post pics here.

Well 12 and a half years later, since the original post.
I have finally replaced my brake drums.
And yes they fit the FB/EK backing plates :whistlinggg: :yeahhh:

So I took the old generator off this afternoon, and you were right about the rear bracket Rob, Its an original FB one and the EJ generator had been forced on, bending the rear alloy casing. After all the info you have given me I believe I may be better of with the original C39Q. So I have it on the ...

I'll oil it up, change the connectors, bolt it on and hope it works.

Craig, these EH brake drums are available from a number of sources via ebay, just go to "EH brake drums" and scroll. Your nearest source would probably be 'clutchandbrakeonline" who are based in Gosford. Another source is "empoweredautoparts" I got mine from Sunbury Brake a...
