7000 odd K drive

over the last 2 weeks the missus and I drove from Coffs Harbour NSW to the Red Centre Nats in Alice Springs, it was a brilliant drive (all figures are ruffly correct) 7212Ks, 959L of fuel cost $1909, 100 mils of engine oil, and a litre of water but that was just topping up what came out the overflow...

what about a bit of nikky eh? alot of it looks like you could easily do a temp tidy up useing a wire wheel on a drill or grinder some kill rust stuff bit of a wipe of nikky will tidy it up till you have money for a more permanent fix :wink: also none of it looks real hard to fix they are all sectio...

You could always upgrade it to the kustom front version that Grace built, though I'm not a real fan of that one either. Its funny all this stuff, 2020 and still no one knows whats going on ??????????????? Relating to the NCOP. I had a detailed chat to the engineer I have just used about tubs and 4 links. Do i need a beam test ? He says no !!! funny that, after i say about easy engineers i haven't spoken to an engine...

there was a gold sedan at Mudgee nationals with one in it, quite a bit cut out, and sat quite high, from memory it had wire spoke wheels on it which were a very tight fit
