Re: 8 INCH WHEELS ON THE BACK
Thanks everyone, i think 7 inch on the rear would be the safest bet

8 INCH WHEELS ON THE BACK
Has anyone fitted 15x8's on the rear? Just about to order wheels and can't decide whether to go 7inch on back or 8inch. Looking to lip the outer wheel arch and qtr panel and possibly lipping rail edge so inner wheel arch can be pushed all the way to the rail. Hopefully this may fit 8's.

Re: FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT
Not really sure yet how I’m going to finish off most probably with ply or custom wood. Sitting the tank on the rail flanges gets it lower than what I have seen. What you lose in the height of it which isn’t much, you gain more room by not having the spare sitting vertically plus an increased fuel ca...

Re: FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT
In the process at the moment. Had engineer check out my build yesterday and he had no problems with progress. Fitting from the top not underneath is the way to go. XR/XT/XW/XY seems to fit the best but I also tried the XA/XB tank which is not as square.

Has anyone else done this conversion and did you use a bigger tunnel or was the AUTO bodyshell tunnel big enough?
