Re: Sunnytim's Parisian Lilac Flashline EK 225
Or in the case of this one, murdered :esad: But at least it's donating its parts so that others can live   :D It was mine, and it wasn't really murdered - just recycled into other cars. Think of the other cars that are now running around the streets with donor parts from this old g...

Re: trimatic Quadrant
the selector quadrant from a HD HR will fit with a little fiddling - it indicates correctly except that it is for a 2 speed only , which means that 1st gear is just below "S'' on the quadrant.
I have it in mine and it looks factory except for the position of ''R'"

starter motor
Starter motors from all red and blue engines are interchangeable, however there are physically large and smaller sizes. Usually the commodore blue engine starters are smaller and are easier to fit. The blue engines (3.3) had smaller starters to fit in behind the factory headers - so are easier to fi...

repairs to original radio
The original diamond dot radio in my EK needs repair.
It will turn on only for a few minutes before cutting out.
Does anyone know of a good repairer who can maybe also add FM pickup?
thanks.

i think its great. :D :D :D someone can think outside the square and have a very useable car as a result. 8) 8) any of us can rebuild an old holden, but very few can modify like this car has been . Like it or not - excellent achievement. Just for interest = how often does a pic of a car taken in a c...
