the gap is about the same, the car is running fine starts a lot quicker/easier with the electronic dizzy

Schorcher Dizzy instalation HELP

Been trying to install a new dizzy (Schorcher)I can not get it to sit flush on to the block it will not drop straight in and there is a 5mm cap between the dizzy and block. The oil pump slot is not an issue as the oil pump as been removed, I tried moving the dizzy a tooth at a time but still no luck...

Thanks for the advise I will give it a go when I get home, I have a five speed box so clearence will not be a problem.

Dizzy installation problems

I am trying to install a Schorcher electronic dizzy in the grey but can not get it to engage the oil pump slot, I have tried all suggestions in the previous post but still no luck, any avdice will be much appriciated.

Just tried to install the dizzy with the above advise but still no luck, the dizzy I am trying to put in is a Scorcher electronic dizzy any additional advise will be much appreciated,what is the bolt and locking nut on the block under the dizzy?

Dizzy installation help

I am installing a new dizzy in my grey and I am having a hell of a time lining the oil pump slot up, I have lined it will a scew driver moved the rotor clockwise and still no luck, any advise much appriciated

+.005" 186/202 intake valves
+.005" 186/202 exhaust valves
welltite valve seat inserts
crow valve springs/retainers
grey rocker gear
